Introducing PepperGreen Estate’s 2024 Truffle Season Showcase. Indulge in a truffle-centric menu featuring produce from the Southern Highlands’ Truffle Mad Farm. Your carefully curated three course set menu is paired with a glass of matching wine for each course, selected by our Cellar Door Manager. This limited-time event showcases the region’s finest produce in the elegant and memorable setting of PepperGreen Estate’s Cellar Door and Tasting Room in gorgeous Berrima.


Highlights

  • The menu includes: 
  • Canape: Toasted “sandwich’ of black truffle, Gruyere and EVOO (paired suggested with 2018 Brut Méthode Traditionelle)
  • Entrée: Truffles carnaroli, white wine, leek and chicken stock risotto, reggiano parmesan, and shaved truffle 
  • Main: Creamy white polenta, bay leaf marinated game farm quail, beurre noisette and shaved truffle (paired suggested with 2021 Pinot Noir Tugalong Road)
  • Dessert: Warm triple cream Adelaide Hills Brie, local honey, shaved truffle, honeycomb crumbs and lavosh (paired suggested with 2021 Cadenza Noble Riesling)
